Number 84 in the MAFEX line from Medicom is the original Xenomorph from Alien 1979, the Big Chap. The figure looks great, although from the images the posing options are not too good as the stances are a little stiff and not what we would want for an Alien display.
The figure comes with some neat additions including head options to display the inner jaws etc. There is also an "in progress" chestburster you can add to other action figures - and in the same vein a wrapped facehugger to put on your action figure heads.
