McFarlane Gamestop Exclusive Warhammer 40k Raven Guard Veteran Sergeant & Ork Meganob

Gamestop in the US are hosting McFarlane Day on the 15th and 16th of October, 2021. The event will see 7 new McFarlane Exclusives go up for pre-order via Gamestop and exclusive discounts in store for the duration of the event.

Warhammer fans will see two new additions to the line, the first a repaint of the Intercessor Marine as a Raven Guard Veteran Sergeant complete with Bolt Pistol and Chainsword. There will then be a further MegaFig for the Orks, a new unpainted artist's proof of the Ork Mega Nob with Shoota.

Both figures are due for a release in mid-December for the Gamestop US customers. It is assumed these will make their way over as general releases here in the UK via specialist stores, and in a similar fashion elsewhere in the world.

The Raven Guard are the Sons of Corax, and in the art of shadow warfare they are without equal. Theirs is the way of stealth, subterfuge and misdirection, ensuring their enemies are unaware of the true danger they face until it is far too late.

The Orks call their ruling caste Nobz. Nobz are bigger and scarier than other Orks and revel in cruel or casual violence. Nobz lead by example, plunging into the thick of the fighting and breaking skulls left, right and center. In this way each Nob acts as a sergeant-at-arms, champion, oppressor and role model for the Boys they lead.

About Me : As a child of the 70's and 80's I grew up in a golden age for action figures and in my youth bought and sold myself through collections of Star Wars, G.I. Joe (Action Force) and M.A.S.K. while also dabbling in He-Man, Transformers and Ghostbusters. Roll forward and I am now reliving that Youth with the action figures of today and am a collector and fan of the larger 6-8 inch figures from my favourite movie and TV licences - including the ones mentioned above, but also the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Doctor Who and the Aliens. I launched The Mephitsu Archives in 2015 with a view of creating a UK focused site or these figures where fans can pick up the latest action figure news, read reviews and get information on where to buy their figures and what is currently on store shelves. I hope I am delivering that to you guys...
