McFarlane DC Multiverse Gold Label Catwoman and Batpod from The Dark Knight Rises

McFarlane has previewed a new DC Multiverse Gold Label exclusive set of Catwoman and the Batpod as seen in The Dark Knight Rises. The set is exclusive to the McFarlane store in the US. As well as the Batpod, Catwoman also comes with a display base and a collectors card.

Pre-orders are live as of the 24th of January 2024 and the set ships in March 2024. UK collectors and those outside of the US will have to wait for details of their regional distributor (Bandai in the UK) for availability.

Keep track of all the McFarlane DC Multiverse releases at our extensive McFarlane Collector Database.

It has been eight years since Batman vanished into the night, turning, in that instant, from hero to fugitive. Assuming the blame for the death of D.A. Harvey Dent, the Dark Knight sacrificed everything for what he and Commissioner Gordon both hoped was the greater good. For a time the lie worked, as criminal activity in Gotham City was crushed under the weight of the anti-crime Dent Act. But everything will change with the arrival of a cunning cat burglar with a mysterious agenda. Far more dangerous, however, is the emergence of Bane, a masked terrorist whose ruthless plans for Gotham drive Bruce out of his self-imposed exile. But even if he dons the cape and cowl again, Batman may be no match for Bane. CATWOMAN and BATPOD are based on their appearances in the theatrical smash hit THE DARK KNIGHT RISES.

About Me : As a child of the '70s and '80s I grew up in a golden age for action figures and in my youth bought and sold myself through collections of Star Wars, G.I. Joe (Action Force), and M.A.S.K. while also dabbling in He-Man, Transformers and Ghostbusters. Roll forward and I am now reliving that Youth with the action figures of today and am a collector and fan of the larger 6-8 inch figures from my favourite movie and TV licenses - including the ones mentioned above, but also the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Doctor Who, and the Aliens. I launched The Mephitsu Archives in 2015 with a view of creating a UK-focused site or these figures where fans can pick up the latest action figure news, read reviews and get information on where to buy their figures and what is currently on store shelves. I hope I am delivering that to you guys...
