'May the 4th' Hasbro Star Wars Fan First Livestream, Vintage Collection Reveals

On the eve of Star War Day 2023, Hasbro hosted a May the 4th themed Star Wars Fan First Livestream, revealing a raft of new figures - all of which are live for pre-order as of May 4th.

There were three new Vintage Collection reveals, starting with a surprise announcement of a two pack of Wicket and Kneesa from the Ewoks 1980's animated series. Like the other Vintage Collection figures, Wicket and Kneesa will be packed on individual Vintage-inspired cards from the Ewok line and include collector coins like the originals. They are a Spring 2024 release.

There is a new Book of Boba Fett-inspired set of Luke Skywalker from his new Jedi Academy and Grogu. The set includes two lightsabers, Grogu's Beskar vest, a backpack for Luke and some levitating frogs complete with stand. The set is a Target US exclusive, available via the Fan Channel in the UK. It is an Autumn 2023 release.

Also arriving in the Autumn of 2023 is the main line release of the Grand Inquisitor from the Obi-Wan Kenobi Disney+ Series - complete with his lightsaber.

There were no pipeline reveals for Vintage, but the team did confirm the next HasLab for the Vintage collection would be unveiled at San Diego Comic Con later this Summer.
