Hasbro's Star Wars Day Fan Stream was held on Friday, the 1st of May 2026. The team had reveals across the various Star Wars properties, including Black Series, Vintage Collection, and a bit of Retro News.
The following summary includes screenshots from the Fan Stream. We will update this with the press pack details and gallery images once they are made available.

The Black Series coverage started with more of the new mini-helmet line, with a new Darth Vader helmet on the way, alongside a Phase II Clone Captain Rex helmet.
The first Black Series figure reveal was Clone Commander Doom from Clone Wars, a release very much inspired by the Marvel Doomsday movie. This is built onto the newest Clone Trooper body with a new helmet and visor, and features battle damage decor to the green and white armour. Joining Doom is a Clone Wars Clone Commander Throrn. Thorn comes with a new mini-cannon accessory that spins. These are Target Exclusive releases in Summer 2026 with pre-orders on the 4th of May.
The next reveal was Carth Onasi from Knights of the Old Republic, a Gaming Greats release who comes with a new blaster accessory and working holster. He is part of a two-pack alongside Mission Vao
The next Fan Channel wave will kick off with the Old Republic Trooper from the Old Republic video game. This is an all-new build with a new heavy blaster. The new Fan Channel wave will include three figures, with the second figure being Satele Shan with double lightsabers that connect into the twin-bladed weapon. The wave concludes with Republic Commando, an update on the Bad Batch figure. This one is a brand new build, so it bulks up the Commando body and not the animated styling.
With this new body, hints were made by the team on revisiting other Clone Commandos using this new body so potentially new Boss, Sev, Fixer, and Scorch on the cards.

The SDCC 2026 reveal for Black Series was revealed as a 2008 Clone Wars release of the 501st ARF Clone Trooper with a removable helmet. The ARF Trooper will come with an AT-RT which brings that vehicle into the line and likely opens up a variant release of the walker for The Mandalorian and Grogu. The SDCC set will be 501st coloured and the articulated walker can be pegged onto a rocky environmental base piece to replicate a more dynamic running pose.
All of the Black Series figure reveals are added to our comprehensive Star Wars Black Series Collector Database

The first Vintage Collection news was a full look at the new Geonosian Army-Building pack featuring four different warriors, including poseable wings on two figures, and two Drones without wings. Each includes appropriate weaponry. This is a Hasbro Pulse exclusive and opens for pre-order on May the 4th 2026.

To battle the Geonosian warriors and drones, there are VC Clone releases incoming, starting with the Phase 1 Clone Commander in yellow-highlighted armour and featuring two blasters. This is part of the next Fan Channel wave. The wave will also include Plo Koon with lightsaber and soft goods robes.
The wave then moves to the Original Trilogy with an original Anakin Skywalker as played by Sebastian Shaw. This is not a Force Spirit version, and comes with soft goods robe. He is joined by an Expanded Universe release of the clone Luuke from the Thrawn Trilogy novels and comes with blue lightsaber and robes.
The wave concludes with a Rogue One release of Bodhi Rook with comms backpack and removable goggles.

The segment then moved to the summer, and San Diego Comic-Con and it was revealed that the Vintage Collection exclusive will be a Tartakovsy Clone Wars set of Anakin Skywalker vs Asajj Ventress. The figures are in the realistic style, but pay homage to the animated design, costume and details like Anakin's exposed robotic arm. The packaging is designed to look like a TV set with slide off front cover to reveal the figures within. The set will be available at SDCC 2026 and then online afterwards via Hasbro Pulse.

The Retro segment opened up the new A New Hope six-pack and showed the cardbacks for each figure. These cards now have the weathering removed. The cardbacks also now include a Kenner-inspired coloured box checklist of releases, showing all six figures from the set.
This is a Target US exclusive and Fan Channel elsewhere, with pre-orders live as of the 5th of June 2026.

About Me : As a child of the '70s and '80s I grew up in a golden age for action figures and in my youth bought and sold myself through collections of Star Wars, G.I. Joe (Action Force), and M.A.S.K. while also dabbling in He-Man, Transformers and Ghostbusters. Roll forward and I am now reliving that Youth with the action figures of today and am a collector and fan of the larger 6-8 inch figures from my favourite movie and TV licenses - including the ones mentioned above, but also the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Doctor Who, and the Aliens. I launched The Mephitsu Archives in 2015 with a view of creating a UK-focused site or these figures where fans can pick up the latest action figure news, read reviews and get information on where to buy their figures and what is currently on store shelves. I hope I am delivering that to you guys...
