Hasbro's latest Marvel Legends Fan Live Event was held on Monday the 26th of April, 2021, and included the full reveal of the new Marvel Legends Disney+ wave of figures.
Details about the wave had been on a drip-feed via the 'Must Have Marvel' product launches on Marvel.com following each episode of Wandavision and then into The Falcon & The Winter Soldier. Marvel Legends figures of Wanda in the full Scarlet Witch costume, White Vision and Baron Zemo had already been confirmed and pictured.
The full-wave is now revealed and joining these three announced figures are three more figures from The Falcon & The Winter Soldier. First is the John Walker as US Agent, this is a variant to the standalone John Walker as Captain America and features the darker US Agent costume and no shield. We then have a new Bucky Barnes Winter Soldier, and this looks to finally be a new sculpt and not a tweak or adjustment to that 2014 Winter Soldier base. The final figure is of course the Sam Wilson Captain America who looks awesome in his new costume.
The wave is rounded out by Loki from his upcoming Disney+ show. Loki is seen in his more causal shirt/tie look as seen in the Loki trailers to date - so not a spoiler as such for the show.
The BAF for the wave will be the wingsuit for the new Captain America figure, along the same lines as the 2017 release of the wingsuit for Vulture. The wings are split across 6 of the figures, with Sam himself coming without a BAF part. The BAF includes the stand for the wings and a Redwing drone piece that connects at the back.
The wave is down as a Spring 2021 release on the press details, with retailers quoting between June and August for the actual arrival. The figures are up for pre-order as of 6pm on the 26th of April including at our good friends Kapow, and at our affiliate partners Zavvi and Forbidden Planet.
