Hiya Toys Exquisite Basic Tiamat from Godzilla X Kong: The New Empire

The next Hiya Toys Exquisite Basic release in their 6-inch scale Godzilla range will be Tiamat from Godzilla X Kong: The New Empire. We have seen unpainted prototypes of the figure a number of times this year, but we now have the full promo gallery in full colour.



Tiamat will measure 40cm in length (around 15.5 inches) and features a wired tail for posing. The rest of the figure is articulated as normal across the multi-segmented serpent-like body, the arms, and the mouth - including adjustable cranial fins. To support the figure on display, a display stand is also included.


The wait for Tiamat is quote extensive, listed by Hiya as a Q1 (Jan-March) release for 2027, so over a years lead time from pre-order at Hiya stockists to delivery. It is available in all territories apart from Japan.



Rising from the hidden depths, Tiamat from Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire joins the Hiya Toys EXQUISITE BASIC Series.


GODZILLA X KONG: THE NEW EMPIRE released in 2024. This time, it thrusts Kong and Godzilla into a colossal confrontation with an unknown menace lurking within our world. Exploring deeper into origins of Titans.


This brand-new EXQUISITE BASIC Series Tiamat action figure is based on the original film CG data, faithfully capturing the Titan’s appearance. Measuring approximately 40 CM in full length from head to tail, recreates Features multi-layer paint applications over clear body, featuring Tiamat’s signature green fin-scaled hide, pink layered dorsal fins, and petal-shaped cranial fins. Overlapping spines running from head to tail, enhancing her imposing and intimidating silhouette as an ocean titan.


For articulation, Tiamat’s main body utilizes a continuous segmented structure to replicate her agile actions. The rear section of the tail built in wires, allowing smoother and more natural bending. The petal-shaped cranial fins around the head can also be adjusted, enabling a wide range of signature actions, with 2x additional stand, bringing deep-sea titan aesthetic seen in the film.
