Following the theatrical release of Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu on the 22nd of May, the Hasbro team announced their next Star Wars Fan Stream would take place on the 26th of May.

The following details are provided live from the stream, along with screenshots. Once the main press release is provided, we will update this article accordingly.

The stream was hosted by Brandon from Marketing, alongside Tom for Black Series, and joined by Mr. Stevie for the Vintage Collection segment, with the usual team unavailable due to missions in the Outer Rim.

The Star Wars Black Series panel had four mainline figures and a Deluxe figure to show off. The first of the single figures, and from The Mandalorian Season 3 rather than the movie, was the updated Marshal IG-11. He comes with a gun slinger belt, blasters, and even an opening chest panel with a Thermal Detonator inside.

Up next was the reveal for the Imperial Remnant Snowtrooper, packed with a blaster and blaster rifle. You can then change the helmets to a full version, or one without the mask, and with two different front masks for army building, giving six different head configurations.

Up next was the Droid Gotra B1 Battle Droid with a soft goods cape, blaster and pike. And the wave concludes with Embo, who comes with his bladed weapons and his bow-caster, along with a removable hat.

The Mando & Grogu reveals were rounded off with the Deluxe release of Zeb in New Republic Pilots Gear, complete with his bo-rifle. and two head sculpts with smiling and serious looks.

These all open for pre-order as Mainline general releases on May 28th. As well as general releases, there is a wave of white box 'first issue' versions available on shelves at Walmart and Target. They did reference overseas distribution, but as details will follow.

There was a final special sixth reveal, with a new release for Grogu updated to include his armour. He also comes with his staff from Nal Hutta as well as a fish accessory, and a packet of biscuits. Grogu will be packed on his own in a mini-box, very much as seen when we first saw Grogu as a Black Series release. Grogu won't be a pre-order, and was explained as a 'see now, buy now' release on shelves. How that will work requires more details.

The Star Wars Vintage Collection kicked off with Maul rather than The Mando & Grogu, with another look at the Devon Izara release. She is an all-new sculpt and comes with a removable shawl and two lightsaber accessories.

Devon is part of the next Mainline Wave for Vintage Collection, and is joined by Hera Syndula, who is based on her Rebels appearance from Season 1. While she uses parts of the HasLab release, there is an updated torso and other enhancements to the outfit. The third figure in the wave is A New Hope Sandtrooper, a single carded version as opposed to the previous multi-pack. The Sandtrooper will come with three different blaster options.

And then it was back to Mando & Grogu with the reveal of Embo. He features a removable helmet and his bowcaster as well as his kama-style melee weapons. The accessories are supported by additional hand options.

Next for Mando & Grogu is the Droid Gotra Super Battle Droid, an entirely new figure featuring a ragged cape and a machete accessory and blast effect piece for his wrist-mounted weaponry.

Moving from single figures to a Deluxe release is the release of Zeb in his Rebel pilot gear. He comes carded, but is in a larger blister. He comes with his bo-rifle, with two configurations.

These are all mainline releases with pre-orders starting on May the 28th.

About Me : As a child of the '70s and '80s I grew up in a golden age for action figures and in my youth bought and sold myself through collections of Star Wars, G.I. Joe (Action Force), and M.A.S.K. while also dabbling in He-Man, Transformers and Ghostbusters. Roll forward and I am now reliving that Youth with the action figures of today and am a collector and fan of the larger 6-8 inch figures from my favourite movie and TV licenses - including the ones mentioned above, but also the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Doctor Who, and the Aliens. I launched The Mephitsu Archives in 2015 with a view of creating a UK-focused site or these figures where fans can pick up the latest action figure news, read reviews and get information on where to buy their figures and what is currently on store shelves. I hope I am delivering that to you guys...
