Hasbro Pulse Fan Fest, Transformers Shattered Glass Blurr Exclusive

Announced as part of Hasbro Pulse Fan Fest, the Shattered Glass series of figures follows an alternative universe story of Autobots and Decepticons in an IDW comic book series. Hasbro will be bringing us 5 different Transformers figures from Shattered Glass, starting with the Deluxe Class Blurr.

Blurr can transform from Robot to Hovercraft and has a spark welder and blaster as accessories. He is sold as a Hasbro Pulse Exclusive, due for release in Summer 2021

Transformers: Generations Shattered Glass Deluxe Class Blurr

(Ages 8 and Up / Approx. Retail Price: £29.99 / Available: Summer 2021

The Shattered Glass Collection Deluxe BLURR figure stands at 5.5 inches tall, converts from robot to Cybertronian hovercraft mode in 18 steps and comes with a spark welder hand attachment and blaster accessory. This BLURR figure's deco is inspired by the Shattered Glass universe, complete with his signature eye patch and a purple AUTOBOT logo. The AUTOBOT BLURR is a sadistic data interceptor with the ability to steal kinetic energy, sapping anything that moves of their speed to increase his own!

The figures also comes with a brand-new comic book, IDW Shattered Glass Issue #1. Shattered Glass isn’t your average TRANSFORMERS tale… “Shards” is the story of the ongoing battle between the power-hungry AUTOBOT autocrats and the freedom-fighting DECEPTICON laborers. And in issue #1, many kilocycles after the Cybertronian War has destroyed Earth, BLURR, an evil AUTOBOT Seeker, hunts down STARSCREAM, a DECEPTICON explorer who holds a piece of information that could reignite the war. Fans can join author Danny Lore (James Bond, King in Black: Captain America, Champions) and artist Guido Guidi (Optimus Prime: First Strike) in exploring this fractured alternate universe just before it shatters.

Discover a universe that shatters everything you know about the Transformers robots…an upside-down world where the bad guys are good, and the good guys are bad. Welcome to Shattered Glass, an alternate universe where the heroic DECEPTICONS battle the evil AUTOBOTS. Fans can explore this topsy-turvy reality with the TRANSFORMERS Shattered Glass Collection, featuring classic characters with a twist! Look for other Shattered Glass figures to build the ultimate alternate universe collection (each sold separately, subject to availability). Available exclusively for pre-order on Hasbro Pulse UK beginning April 9, 2021 at 10:00PM BST

About Me : As a child of the 70's and 80's I grew up in a golden age for action figures and in my youth bought and sold myself through collections of Star Wars, G.I. Joe (Action Force) and M.A.S.K. while also dabbling in He-Man, Transformers and Ghostbusters. Roll forward and I am now reliving that Youth with the action figures of today and am a collector and fan of the larger 6-8 inch figures from my favourite movie and TV licences - including the ones mentioned above, but also the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Doctor Who and the Aliens. I launched The Mephitsu Archives in 2015 with a view of creating a UK focused site or these figures where fans can pick up the latest action figure news, read reviews and get information on where to buy their figures and what is currently on store shelves. I hope I am delivering that to you guys...
