Hasbro has released the full details of their exclusive Power Rangers Lightning Collection Psycho Blue Ranger - a figure teases by a couple of online stores earlier in the summer. The figure will be exclusive to Gamestop in the US and will then be distributed by the Fan Channel around the rest of the world.
The In Space Psycho Blue Ranger features the Blue Ranger with his axe as well as an alternative pair of hands with FX piece. There is also a blast effect pack in that clips to the axe.
The US can pre-order this now via Gamestop and Worldwide pre-orders via independent stockists are now going up. The figure is due for an October 2019 release.
