Ghostbusters 40th Anniversary: Hasbro opens pre-orders for Ghostbusters O-Ring 4-Pack, and tease a future HasLab Project

Hasbro marked the 40th Anniversary of Ghostbusters on the 8th of June by opening pre-orders for their new 3.75-inch Ghostbusters O-Ring 4-Pack as announced back at WonderCon 2024. This new set features the original three Ghostbusters in a format similar to that used by the 3.75-inch G.I. Joe figures.

The set comes with four Proton Packs and Neutrona Wands, a Ghost Trap, a PKE Meter, and a set of Ecto Goggles. The foursome of Peter, Ray, Egon, and Winston will also be able to be used with either of the 1/18 scale ECTO-1 vehicles released in the Plasma Series - with the 1984 ECTO-1 also being re-offered for collectors to complement this new set. This Ghostbusters 4-Pack will be a December 2024 release.

And it didn't finish there as Hasbro has also apparently been circulating this teaser image for a new Ghostbusters HasLab opening in the Autumn. The artwork strongly indicates the project will be themed around ECTO-1 and it is expected that this will finally be a true 6-inch scale ECTO-1 for the existing Plasma Collection figures. Let the speculation begin...
