Funko have moved on somewhat from their initial 3.75" 5POA range (Re:Action) and have moved to a 9POA figure with their new Game of Thrones figures. It seems they have also struck a deal to produce similar figures based on Suicide Squad. Initially all we have seen are figures of Harley Quinn and The Joker and these were part of the DC Legion of Collectors monthly subscription box.
Whether this signals a wider release plan remains to be seen, but it would seem odd for Funko to invest so much into 3.75" sculpts and then not to use them at mass market.
