Diamond Select Toys reveal new Select figures of Jimmy from Rebel Moon Part II and Sweetums & Robin from The Muppets

The latest Diamond Select Toys solicitations include two Select action figures. From Rebel Moon Part 2 comes a new 9-inch version of Jimmy featuring crown, cape and staff. He is a February 2025 release.

We had seen preview images of Sweetums and Robin from The Muppets. Sweetums will stand 11 inches tall while Robin is a posed 2 inch figure to display with him. This pairing is also listed for release in February 2025.

Prepare for battle! If you're going to defeat the forces of the lmperium, you're gonna need a Jimmy on your side! The android JC-1435, a.k.a. Jimmy, a.k.a. James, has sworn never to fight again, but when his adopted community on Veldt is threatened, he will need to take a stand against the army gathered against them! This new edition of Jimmy, with crown, cape and staff, features 16 points of articulation and stands approximately 9" tall. It comes packaged in a full-color window box. Sculpted by Gentle Giant Studios!

Movin' right along, the next Muppets action figure set is here! Combining one of the largest Muppets with one of the smallest, this 2-pack of Sweetums and Robin gives multiple points of articulation to the 11" Sweetums, and buckets of cuteness to the 2" Robin. Featuring detailed sculpting and paint applications, both come packaged in a full-color window box. Sculpted by Gentle Giant Studios!

About Me : As a child of the '70s and '80s I grew up in a golden age for action figures and in my youth bought and sold myself through collections of Star Wars, G.I. Joe (Action Force), and M.A.S.K. while also dabbling in He-Man, Transformers and Ghostbusters. Roll forward and I am now reliving that Youth with the action figures of today and am a collector and fan of the larger 6-8 inch figures from my favourite movie and TV licenses - including the ones mentioned above, but also the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Doctor Who, and the Aliens. I launched The Mephitsu Archives in 2015 with a view of creating a UK-focused site or these figures where fans can pick up the latest action figure news, read reviews and get information on where to buy their figures and what is currently on store shelves. I hope I am delivering that to you guys...
