Diamond Select SDCC 2023 Green Hornet Kato VHS Exclusive

Diamond Select Toys have unveiled their San Diego Comic-Con Exclusives for 2023. They will be bringing a special VHS-inspired packed version of their Kato 1/10 Select Figure from Green Hornet to the event. This is a variant of the standard release Kato and features an unmasked Bruce Lee head sculpt as well as a Kato Dart and Nun-Chucks with motion effects.

The SDCC 2023 VHS Kato from Green Hornet can be pre-ordered now for a July/August 2023 release. It is limited to 2500 units.

A Diamond Select Toys release! Did you know? In the 1970s, to capitalize on the popularity of Bruce Lee, several episodes of The Green Hornet were spliced together to form a longer movie. This action figure's VHS clamshell-style packaging is a tribute to that movie! This 1/10 scale action figure of Bruce Lee as Kato features over 16 points of articulation, interchangeable parts and accessories.

Limited to 2,500 pieces. Designed by Yuri Timg, sculpted by Chris Dahlberg!

About Me : As a child of the '70s and '80s I grew up in a golden age for action figures and in my youth bought and sold myself through collections of Star Wars, G.I. Joe (Action Force), and M.A.S.K. while also dabbling in He-Man, Transformers and Ghostbusters. Roll forward and I am now reliving that Youth with the action figures of today and am a collector and fan of the larger 6-8 inch figures from my favourite movie and TV licenses - including the ones mentioned above, but also the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Doctor Who, and the Aliens. I launched The Mephitsu Archives in 2015 with a view of creating a UK-focused site or these figures where fans can pick up the latest action figure news, read reviews and get information on where to buy their figures and what is currently on store shelves. I hope I am delivering that to you guys...
