DO NOT scroll any further if you are yet to see Deadpool & Wolverine...
Having just got back from watching Deadpool & Wolverine I am sat contemplating now how Hasbro in particular may tackle the large numbers of cameos and characters we saw in the movie.
So far we are going to have to wait until November 2024 to get figures of Deadpool, Wolverine, and Headpool (with Logan accessory). After that, any further releases (unless Hasbro has held back some surprises) will be in 2025 at the earliest.
From the main roster of characters then Cassandra Nova and Paradox seem to be the most likely for figures, particularly as Paradox can use an existing suit body with limited adjustment. We may also see Pyro as a key protagonist across the piece, while outside chances include Blind Al, Peter (including Peter as Deadpool), and the TVA Troopers.
I would also imagine a sleeveless version of Wolverine is a good possibility, perhaps alongside an unmasked Deadpool - a look we have yet to get in the Movie line despite three outings. And there is then of course options in the Wolverine versions we saw at the start of the movie with Patch, Age of Apocolypse and the Brown Suit Wolverine all being something Hasbro could do with the Hugh Jackman head sculpt.
And then of course there is all those wonderful cameos, and if you had to choose one which one would you want to see as part of a Marvel Legends release?
Considering all of the Deadpool & Wolverine Cameos, which would you like to see as a Marvel Legends release?
0%Sabertooth
0%Human Torch Johnny Storm
0%Elektra
0%Blade

About Me : As a child of the '70s and '80s I grew up in a golden age for action figures and in my youth bought and sold myself through collections of Star Wars, G.I. Joe (Action Force), and M.A.S.K. while also dabbling in He-Man, Transformers and Ghostbusters. Roll forward and I am now reliving that Youth with the action figures of today and am a collector and fan of the larger 6-8 inch figures from my favourite movie and TV licenses - including the ones mentioned above, but also the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Doctor Who, and the Aliens. I launched The Mephitsu Archives in 2015 with a view of creating a UK-focused site or these figures where fans can pick up the latest action figure news, read reviews and get information on where to buy their figures and what is currently on store shelves. I hope I am delivering that to you guys...
