Bandai will be releasing an updated version of their 1/12 Darth Vader figure kit on the 29th December 2019.
The kit will now include options to create an unmasked Vader/Anakin from the end of Return of the Jedi. There is also parts to build Vader with his severed hand.
The other improvement on the original appears to be the inclusion of a second cloak option in a some form of soft goods. The original segmented hard plastic cape is still included if that is the one you want to use.
There is no official channel for these as yet in UK and Europe (Revell are not making these available as yet through their new agreement to distribute these). You will therefore need to import direct from Japan.
