The news of a new Yoda kit from Bandai surfaced early in 2017 and we would go on to discover this was a dual release containing a 1/6 scale kit and a 1/12 scale statue.
After a few images taken at Trade Shows, we now get a good look at this release with the following promotional images. The kit will retail in Japan at 3000 yen. That is equivalent to just £22 here in UK, and $26 in the US. Sadly, locations outside of Japan are not receiving these Bandai kits presently due to a licencing issue. Even Bluefin's deal in the US to distribute kits is limited presently to the vehicle line. That will leave UK and US customers having to get creative in obtaining these direct from Japan. The kit is due to release on 28th March 2017.
