Mortal Kombat Spawn

Spawn is back! With a new 7 inch scale action figure revealed at New York Toy Fair. This is actually part of McFarlane's Mortal Kombat line - with Spawn making a guest appearance as a playable fighter in Mortal Kombat 11.

Spawn comes complete with his sword, and has a March 2020 release date

Mortal Kombat

Alongside the Spawn reveal were two more figures for the Mortal Kombat line. Kitana and Baraka are both based on their appearance in Mortal Kombat 11.

Warhammer 40k

In a surprise announcement, McFarlane and Games Workshop confirmed a new licencing agreement where McFarlane will produce 7 inch scale figures from GW's popular Warhammer 40k line.

The line launches with a Primaris Intercessor Space Marine - painted in the Ultramarine Chapter colours. Uniquely for the action figure arena, but in perfect keeping with the Games Workshop ethos, an unpainted version will also be released so fans can paint their own version.

The line will go beyond the Space Marines with more planned, but we will have to wait on more details.

McFarlane's Fortnite 7 inch line is going strong with three new figures and a new glider confirmed at Toy Fair. Collectors will soon be able to add Frostbite, Big Mouth and Plastic Patroller to their collections. And they can fly into battle on the new Lavawing glider.

There is also a new 11 inch Deluxe release of Leviathan - although fans might have hoped he would get a 7 inch release.

My Hero Academia

McFarlane revealed four new figures for their My Hero Academia action figure line. Arriving in Spring 2020 we have Shoto Todoroki, Ochaco Uraraka and Eijiro Kirishima. A fourth figure, Tenya Iida, seems to have been pushed back until Autumn 2020 at the moment.

DC Multiverse Arkham & White Knight

The next set of DC Multiverse figures were displayed at Toy Fair and they are taken from the Arkham Series and the White Knight comic books.

From Arkham we have an Arkham Asylum Batman and the Joker. From White Knight comes another Batman and Joker. And from Curse of the White Knight comes Azrael.

Wonder Woman 1984

(potential minor visual spoilers below)

As the new master toy licence holder for DC, McFarlane will be releasing 7 inch Multiverse figures from future DC movie properties. This all starts with Wonder Woman 1984 with two Diana figures revealed in New York.

The first is the regular Wonder Woman in her 1984 outfit, and she comes with Lasso of Truth accessories. The second figure could be classed as a spoiler, so scroll down with caution,,,, this is our last article so if you stop reading here you won't miss anything else.

Our second Wonder Woman from McFarlane is in her Golden Armour complete with Wings. Both figures are down for a May 2020 release.
