The 2021 release of The Winter Soldier was part of the first Disney+ wave and was based on Bucky's appearance in The Falcon and The Winter Soldier. The release featured parts of the Falcon Captain America wingsuit.
The figure featured a reasonable likeness to Sebastian Stan and was arguably the best Winter Soldier figures to date - but it would be superseded in 2022 with the release of the Winter Soldier Flashback figure. While Bucky got a pair of alternative hands, there was a distinct absence of weaponry.
