Disney Elite C-3PO and R2-D2 get US release, but nothing as yet for UK fans

The US have seen the release of the Disney Elite C-3PO and R2-D2 today, with stocks available in stores and online.

There is, however, no corresponding release for UK or Europe. In a move that will frustrate fans, the decision has appeared to have been made to only offer the droids in the US. This is the same decision that came with the re-release of the original 8 Elite - including the Boba with cape. And yet in a complete contrast, the proto-type Boba Fett has made its way to UK stores.

We await any more clarity from Disney as to why these figures are being held to US customers only.
